My Newest Obsession...




Rhubarb Gelato Con Brioche!!

Tart, sweet, and refreshing Rhubarb gelato held in the loving embrace of a buttery, rich Brioche, sprinkled with a little sugar: THAT'S how you start a busy work week... Scratch that, that's how you should start EVERY week.

  1. Hi! I stopped by today, 6/1/10, and had the Brioche Sandwich with Strawberry Gelato. It was SUPERB!

    Why?
    I loved the creamy texture of the gelato with the delicious strawberry flavor. What really impressed me was the TOASTED bread AND the confectioner's sugar lightly sprinkled on top. It was a great finisher to bring this dessert over the top.

    *sigh* I'm in love with this Brioche Sandwich.

    p.s. The customer service was excellent!:) Something that I pay attention to when I go to eateries.
